Time: 4pm- 5pm
The Dublin City Sport and Wellbeing Partnership is graciously funding Dance Classes for 1st and 2nd year students every Thursday after school. There is no cost to the students. Students participating in these Dance Lessons are invited to wear their school PE tracksuit on Thursdays.
Tanya O’ Brien is a PHD student who is working with Dublin City Sport and Wellbeing Partnership. She is completing some research and is looking for some of the students who are taking part in the dance classes to take part in her research by completing a survey. Students can take part in the dance classes without completing the survey. If you are happy for your daughter to take part in the research could you please complete the permission slip she brought home or click on the link below to access the permission slip.
There will be a chance to win prizes for students who take attend the dance classes. There will also be an additional raffle for students who complete the surveys for the research study.
If your child is unsure she can attend one or two classes and see how she feels. Likewise, if your child misses a class she can still attend.
