Parents Network Notes – Upcoming courses of interest to Parents/Guardians/Grandparents

The Parents Council are working hard to present online course(short) with topics relevant to student life today. They have identified two topics – the first being information around  procedures to do with bullying in school and the second on  navigating friendships. 

Dear Parents,

 

We are pleased to invite you to our Anti-Bullying Training for Parents of Post-Primary students. This virtual training session is designed to equip parents with practical advice and insights on supporting children with issues related to bullying and the Anti-Bullying Procedures for Post-Primary Schools.

 

 

Session Highlights:
During this session, you’ll learn effective ways to support your child, understand the school’s role in addressing bullying and build confidence in navigating these challenging situations.

Session Dates and Times:

 

  • Monday 22nd – Thursday 25th: 10am and 7.30pm
  • Friday 26th: 10am
Each webinar lasts approximately 70 minutes.

However, navigating friendships can sometimes be challenging for them, and knowing how to support them effectively isn’t always clear.
