Over the past few weeks, our 1st & 2nd Year Business students and TY Mini Company groups have completed their in school bake sales, gaining hands on experience with planning, pricing and selling. With the bake sale phase now finished, the focus has now moved to Market Day. Each year group is working in small business groups within their own class, with each group developing its own product and brand. After mid-term, they will continue production and begin preparing their packaging, branding and stall layout ahead of the event.
