Our Mental Health Awareness Week continues with lots of activities this week. We have had a motivational message each day, Mindful Colouring, a Mindful Walk at lunch time today, ‘Time out for tea and chat’ for 2nd and 3rd yrs, We have a poster competition and today we launched ‘A Random Act of Kindness’. Tomorrow we look forward to more ‘Time out for Tea’, mindful colouring at lunchtime, just dance and ‘Drop Everything and Breathe’.
