Good evening. It is so great to have arrived at the lovely month of May. A time of blosoming and hope. Considering our students, particularily those doing the state exams I hope they will feel inspired and optimistic about their exams.
Our Yoga class will run as usual tomorrow- the final class of this year. A big thanks to the yoga teacher Eibhinn- who inspired serenity in this small but dedicated group of parents.
I would like to invite all parents to our showing of a Webinar created by the ISPCA, on helping parents support their Teens during the exam season. It will begin at 10.30am in the library tomorrow morninng 07/05/25. There will be an opportunity to talk about the video and whatever arises fromm it afterwards.
I am looking for gardener volunteers/parents to help out with a clean up on the school grounds . We are meeting at 9.30am on Friday morning.This is following a meeting students, Ms Howard and I had with the local tidey towns committee. Hopefully the weather will be good to us.
The DMR North Guarda Youth Award 2025 with the award ceremony in Clontarf Castle in July are looking for your nominations of a young person between the ages of 13 and 21years from the the Coolock /Ballymun/Raheny area who have contributed in a positve way to their local community and shown themselves to be leaders among their peers.
