Tuesday Tips for Parents/Guardians and Grandparents

Good evening all. We had a very successful open evening last week and a big thank you to any parents who helped out, who encouraged others too or who came along on the day.
Our Coffee Morning for Parents/Guardians is this Thursday between 10 and 11am. The Maths teachers will be attending to answer any of your questions or queries on Maths related subjects. We will also be welcoming the CDETB adult education tutor for any of you parents who might like to find out more about maths classes for them. So come along, we will be in the school canteen.
Your FREE Yoga Class will be continuing Wednesdays from 9.30am to 10.30 am
On that note Ballymum library is hosting a FREE age friendly 6 week Digital Literacy Course called “Get to know Your Smartphone” from Wednesday 9th of October to Wednesday 20th November. Classes will run from 12.00 to 1.30pm. This course is a way of getting the best out of the apps you can use on smartphones. The library also hosts ia Community Law Centre on the second Tuesday of each month from 10am to 12pm.
The One Family organisation are offering free parenting courses for anyone who feels in need of support, down to earth advice and tips . They have a number of courses. The online course(done on zoom) has a 50 euro registration fee while the other workshops are free. The woerkshops take place in the Dublin 1/Dublin 7 area.
